The best introductions come through people who already know the work. Mention them when reaching out.
Otherwise, tell us briefly what you have built and what you think we might do for it. We work with a tiny group of operators at any given time, so a quick reply does not always mean a quick start. We answer every email that comes in with a name on it.
A first email might include:
- The operation, in a sentence or two.
- The moment that prompted you to write.
- A rough timeline, if you have one.
